With more than 20 years of experience in the field, his expertise involves strategic terminal planning, port and terminal development, specifications and performance for automated equipment, as well as operational analysis, terminal optimization and equipment implementation. Mr. Vermeer has guided implementation teams through operational design, procurement, implementation, testing, and quality management. Mr. Vermeer’s work in the field has taken him to project sites throughout the Americas, Europe, the Middle-East, Asia, and Africa.
