Elisa Oyonarte Gómez studied Economics at University of Navarra, Spain and has studied a master’s in economics and Finance at University of Navarra.  In addition to this Elisa has completed a master’s degree in port planning and management and intramodality by Puertos del Estado, Cadiz University, Oviedo University, Coruña University and Madrid Polytechnic University.

Elisa has worked for the Port Authority of Seville since 2003.  She has worked in the finance department, audits unit and is currently responsible for the European funds and projects.
