Fidel Ruiz is Head of Sustainability Department Algeciras Port Authority. He is a Civil Engineer, has a proven track record in port civil engineering.

He is in charge of leading development of the sustainability strategy at Algeciras Port Authority where he joined in 2.004. He is a professor at the University of Cadiz since 2005, teaching civil, industrial and sustainability engineering classes.
