Jorge is a passionate MBA Industrial Euro Engineer with over 30 years of global experience in the shipping/ports industry, developed within different technical and logistics fields: HSE, security, sustainability, engineering, operations, maintenance & repair, procurement, quality assurance, etc. During the last 30 years he managed to bring added value to domestic and global terminal operators, sea carriers and container depots/workshops.

AS an accredited EurOSHM/PFSO/CSO professional, with a right balance of first hand field exposure and academic background, he played a significant influence on different processes thanks to his global responsibilities in his auditor/consultant role. This challenging mission required a great deal of networking with different actors, including regulatory and labour laws enforcement bodies.

He has also participated in numerous international HSSE projects, lectures, conferences, guidelines and manuals, and publications in prestigious magazines/media. His active contributions include organizations such as ICHCA, PIANC, FEPORT, etc.

Recently, Jorge was nominated as one of the most HSE influencing leaders within the Spanish speaking community (AEPSAL).
