- Currently holds a role as senior project manager and principal consultant at Portwise (formerly TBA), a leading consultancy company located in the Netherlands with the mission to design smarter, more efficient and more sustainable ports and terminals for future-proof logistics.
- 10+ years’ professional experiences in a broad range of projects related to container terminal plan, design, simulation, emulation, consultancy, operation, optimisation, automation consulting, TOS/ECS training, and implementation.
- Expertise in all kinds of terminal handling systems, from conventional manual-, semi-automated to fully automated systems, as well as new innovative logistics and container handling systems, with hands-on knowledge at different levels related to terminal planning, development, operations, equipment, hardware, software, etc.
- Multi-cultural experiences in interpersonal and intercultural stakeholder and project management. Projects cover small to large terminal operators worldwide across Asia, Europe, North and South America, Oceania regions and Africa.
- Multi-disciplinary skillsets, with also responsibilities of leading internal development of technology consultancy service within Portwise, and activities such as company strategy planning, business development, marketing, sales, project RfI/RfP, project supervision, personnel coaching, and employee works council.
- Academically trained skill suites with PhD/MSc degrees in transport engineering, and logistics planning from Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands (PhD & MSc).
